Unlike a number of other hosting companies we provide total features on all of our plans. So no matter what option you want (SQL, POP, FRONTPAGE, FTP, and more) is all included with all hosting plans!

All Web Hosting accounts have the option of using up to three high powered servers which can provide a Primary and Secondary configurations. The DNS routing information would allow guests to be routed to one of the three servers giving a real-time backup. So if either server failed or the guest was unable to access it they would be routed to the other server. These servers are also located in multiple areas across the U.S.A.

Not only do we perform Daily, Weekly and Monthly backups to a backup drive. We also provide backup to a remote server isolated from the main servers as well as maintain RAID on our servers. You also have the option of performing your own backup to your local workstation from the server using cPANEL. Where else can you get all these different backup options for your hosting. We feel backups are very important to both you and us.

Monthly Maintenance Available

We can provide you with professional web site development and monthly maintenance for as low as $30 per month. This means that you tell us what you want updated on your site each month, and we perform the web site coding for you! We will provide up to one hour per month of custom web site development and only $30 per hour after the first hour. Without the monthly maintenance our hourly fee is $45 per hour for development in half hour increments.

Automated Web Statistics

The Automated Web Statistics will scan your web site once per month. The scan will provide information like General Site Map Information on Local Documents, "Download" File Sizes & Times, Directories, Images & Binaries, "File:" Links, "Mailto:" Links, "FTP:" Links, "Telnet:" Links, "Gopher:" Links, "News:" Links, External URLs, Files Not Found, Files Not World Readable, Files Found But Not Referenced, Directories Not Found, Name Anchors Not Found, and Failed External URLs. Additional POP Email Addresses*
All cancellations require 3 month notice*
$2/year for each above your plan limit*

Gives you the ability to have an email addresses associated with your web site that you can send and receive mail. Email POP accounts come in blocks of 10. This is only needed if you need more POP addresses then your plan already comes with. This will allow your mail to remain on our server until you retrieve it. Additional Mail List Server Accounts*
All cancellations require 3 month notice*
$5/year for each above your plan limit

Gives you the ability to have a mailing list that will automatically send mail to all subscribers of the list. This is only for those that need more mail list accounts then what already comes with your account. Includes a custom written on-line form for your guests to easily interact with your mail list. Non-Profit Organizations

Micro Concepts of Chesterfield Web Services currently has multiple servers located on the internet. We also have agreements with other companies to support us in the event that our server fails. We contract with a third party provider for internet connection and they maintain a 24 hour per day multiple links to the internet. All professional graphics will be contracted with a third party graphics design firm. CGI and HTML coding will be performed by Micro Concepts of Chesterfield Web Services, unless contracted out to a third party vendor. Micro Concepts of Chesterfield, nor any company we contract with, can not be held responsible for any outages, false information, or other information associated with your site, including FTP, TELNET, and/or EMAIL activity.
