To connect to the family Remote Support:
- This page will let you download the software used to support personal friends and family only.
- When you start the download, if you are asked for permission to download the software, please approve it.
- After you download the software you may be required to click on it to run or to allow it to run.
- Once you run the software and it installs you see a a screen with something like this example:
- Email the CODE provided when you ran the software to jim@mcws.net.
- Leave the application running so I can connect and update it remotely.
Once I get the code from you I will be able to set it up for continued remote support as required and remove the LOGMEIN version which was already installed on your computer.
